Patrick: If it's what you say I love it

Robert,
Donald Trump Jr.'s emails released yesterday are explicit. The president's son was offered a meeting with a Russian lawyer for information that "would incriminate Hillary" as part of "Russia and its government's support for Mr. Trump."
Trump Jr. responded: "If it's what you say I love it"
Paul Manafort, then President Trump's campaign chairman, and Jared Kushner, Trump's son-in-law and Senior White House Adviser, joined Trump Jr. for the meeting.
This news is deeply disturbing, and only the latest in a series of shifting denials, changed stories, and cascading lies around members of the Trump campaign and administration's contacts with Russia.
We all know that the Trump campaign was led by zealots who would stop at nothing to get Trump elected. But it's still shocking to see the actual Trump Jr. emails, and that they would go so far as to knowingly work with an enemy of the United States to influence the election.
A foreign adversary manipulated our elections and undermined our democracy. We must learn exactly what happened so those in the Trump campaign who were involved are identified and held accountable if they broke any laws. It is imperative that Special Counsel Mueller and Congress get to the bottom of Russia's interference.

Robert, This holiday season, we can’t balance the budget on the backs of hungry kids and veterans. But that’s exactly what my opponent, Congressman Tom Cotton, and his reckless colleagues are out to do. The only farm bill they’ll pass cuts $40 billion from food assistance, forcing groups like children, active-duty service members and even veterans who’ve bravely served this nation to go hungry. As one Arkansas official at a food pantry put it, this “just can’t happen.” The cuts are cruel and senseless. We’ve got to speak out now and stop Rep. Robert L., That’s how long we’ve been waiting for a real transportation bill. Congress has passed 33 short-term extensions of federal highway and transit funding over the past six years. That’s inexcusable. With federal transportation funding set to run out in a matter of days, the House and Senate are nowhere close to agreement on how to end the gridlock, putting us right back in the same position we were in barely two months ago. Colleen: a grand jury has indicted two of the videos’ creators.

Friend, Republicans can’t resist putting women’s private medical decisions front-and-center in our national discourse. So when they saw a deceptively edited Planned Parenthood video last September, we all could have predicted what would happen. Republicans used those videos to justify attempts to withhold Planned Parenthood’s funding and tie up budget talks.  They almost brought our government to a screeching halt. Now, after clearing Planned Parenthood of any wrongdoing,  a grand jury has indicted two of the videos’ creators. They’re facing misdemeanor and felony charges.
