Mia: Americans deserve to know the full truth

Dear  robert , Recently I was named to the select committee to investigate the alleged sale of fetal body parts by Planned Parenthood.  I recognize this as a great responsibility, and believe this needs to be a fair, non-partisan look into possible illegal activity conducted in the organization.   The recent horrific videos that have been released must be investigated.  We as Americans deserve to know the full truth behind what has been released. We must decide if we will stand for such actions in our society, and how we value human life.         Election season is exciting, Black Independent Party, and it's also a time to take stock of where we are as a nation. Are we paying attention? Are we coming out to participate in primaries and local elections? And are we making sure that our most fundamental right is accessible to every eligible voter? This week, I've been traveling abroad, talking to people about how our countries have grown and changed over the last few years. I was so proud to be able to share with folks here that Conor Lamb won his race on Tuesday, thanks to the hard work of organizers and volunteers in the 18th district of Pennsylvania who made their voices heard. But in Pennsylvania and across the country, access to the ballot box is obstructed by one unnecessary measure or another. robert, Wendy Davis almost singlehandedly defeated the Texas GOP's most recent assault on women's health -- but Governor Rick Perry decided he wasn't quite done yet. Instead of listening to the people,  Perry's rushing ahead and ruthlessly pushing the very same anti-choice legislation that Wendy stopped the first time.  The bill -- which 80% of Texans are against -- has already passed the Texas House of Representatives, and may come up in the state Senate as early as tomorrow.  Add your name and tell Rick Perry that his assault on women's health must stop now!
