He sides with corporations over workers. He thinks employers should be able to decide whether or not a woman has access to abortion. He was nominated by someone whose campaign is currently under FBI investigation.
And Republicans think we'll just let them appoint him to the highest court in the nation. They're wrong.
That's why I'm saying it loud and clear: If he can't get 60 votes he shouldn't be confirmed. A confirmation vote could be held soon -- and I need to know we have all the power we need behind us to stop Judge Gorsuch with everything we have.
Stop Judge Gorsuch
If he cannot earn 60 votes after refusing to answer question after question after question with any substance, he should not be confirmed by the Senate.
This is not the time to be silent -- resisting this administration means pulling out all the stops.

I was around Jason’s age when I first ran for U.S. Senate. His race reminds me a lot of mine. Like Jason, I was up against a long-time incumbent. Like Jason, when I started my campaign, very few people in Washington thought we had a chance. Friends, When it comes to taking a position on any bill, Floridians know my promise: I will listen to them, I will listen to my conscience, and I will deeply study what’s on my desk before making a decision. The past few weeks, the proposal on my desk has been the nuclear deal with Iran. I have to say, this has been the toughest decision of my career in Congress. After listening to arguments on both sides, carefully reviewing all the materials, and soliciting answers from both supporters and opponents, I have reached a decision.
