He sides with corporations over workers. He thinks employers should be able to decide whether or not a woman has access to abortion. He was nominated by someone whose campaign is currently under FBI investigation.
And Republicans think we'll just let them appoint him to the highest court in the nation. They're wrong.
That's why I'm saying it loud and clear: If he can't get 60 votes he shouldn't be confirmed. A confirmation vote could be held soon -- and I need to know we have all the power we need behind us to stop Judge Gorsuch with everything we have.
Stop Judge Gorsuch
If he cannot earn 60 votes after refusing to answer question after question after question with any substance, he should not be confirmed by the Senate.
This is not the time to be silent -- resisting this administration means pulling out all the stops.
So that's what we'll do. Are you with me?

Robert, My uncle once wrote in a Presidential Executive Order that government contractors should  “take affirmative action to ensure that applicants are employed, and that employees are treated during employment, without regard to their race, creed, color, or national origin.”  He recognized the institutional and cultural barriers that many minorities faced at the time when trying to obtain employment, and how those barriers affected their upward mobility.  Today, President Trump and Jeff Sessions are attacking affirmative action and falsely alleging that these policies that work to help disadvantaged students discriminate against white students.    That is ridiculous.
