  • Another major victory for election integrity! The U.S Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit upheld Alabama's Photo Voter Identification Law, which was under constant attack by the Left. In a "friend of the court" brief your Judicial Watch and our friends at the Allied Education Foundation (AEF) successfully argued that these attacks were baseless.

    The plaintiffs' complaint was that the Alabama law violated the 14th and 15th Amendments to the U.S. Constitution and placed undue burdens "on account of race or color" under Section 2 of the National Voting Rights Act. We pushed back hard on these arguments, and the Court of Appeals agreed with us that Voter ID laws are good policy for lawful voters. Judicial Watch will continue fighting for Voter ID law protection in the courts, and our lawsuits that led to states cleaning their voter rolls between elections is especially meaningful these days. 

     

    These two issues...Voter ID and clean voter rolls are two of our most important battlegrounds to block voter fraud and keep our elections honest! We have very serious concerns about potential voter fraud in November, and we are planning more potential legal actions as I write you.

  • We sued the Trump Department of Homeland Security for records about foreign travel by Hunter Biden, son of former Vice President Joe Biden.

    Our investigations and litigation have revealed Hunter Biden's highly questionable foreign business dealings while his father was Vice President. Both in Ukraine and China, Hunter Biden and his father have serious questions to answer about Burisma...and the Deep State is still covering for them and trying to stonewall Judicial Watch's investigations.

Robert, I first met Russ Feingold in the 1990s, back when I was teaching in law school. The big banks and credit card companies were trying to peddle a terrible bankruptcy bill in the Senate, and I was looking for help to stop it.
