Mary: Arkansans are frustrated with the news that comes out of Washington
Friend,
When Conner was a federal prosecutor, he saw some awful things -- terrible crimes that people commit, especially against children. But not once did I hear him say he wanted to walk away from the tough cases. If anything, I only saw more of a resolve to make sure that these cases were handled appropriately and that justice was served. He made a pledge to carry out his job, and he was going to do it, no matter how difficult the circumstances.
That’s the type of senator Conner will be, too. One who honors his commitment to the people he represents. One who sees things through. One who never stops fighting to make Arkansas a better place.
I’m proud to support Conner in his Senate race, and I’m asking you to help, too. Will you chip in $5, or whatever you can, before Saturday's end-of-month deadline?
Conner gets that so many Arkansans are frustrated with the news that comes out of Washington. It’s always about more partisanship, more obstruction, more obstinance -- rarely about laws and reforms that actually help people.
But my husband has a clear vision for change -- and he’s a straight-shooter. He's going to do what's best for Arkansas, no matter what the Washington insiders say.
Conner knows the boys and I are supporting him -- will you let him know you’re in, too?Pitch in $5 to Conner’s campaign before the end-of-month deadline on Saturday.
Thank you,
Mary Elizabeth
