Great news! Our efforts supporting Betsy DeVos were successful. The Senate voted this afternoon to confirm her as Secretary of Education.

Secretary DeVos will support equal opportunity in education for children across the United States. Our videos highlighted her dedication to giving families educational choices for their students.

Robert, I first met Russ Feingold in the 1990s, back when I was teaching in law school. The big banks and credit card companies were trying to peddle a terrible bankruptcy bill in the Senate, and I was looking for help to stop it. It's not always easy to find people willing to stand up to big financial companies in Washington.   Black Independent Party, Since Senator Joe Manchin announced he’d vote against critical voting rights legislation AND oppose ending the filibuster, Justice Democrats have spoken out in frustration.  Cori Bush and Jamaal Bowman haven’t held anything back.
