In less than three months, the Supreme Court will hear a case that could undermine Roe v. Wade and set women’s health back decades.
If the Court rules the wrong way, it could force the only clinic in west Texas to close and open the floodgates for even more extreme anti-abortion regulations designed to keep women from accessing a legal medical procedure.
Republicans have been chipping away at a woman’s constitutional right to make her own health care decisions for YEARS, but this case is the biggest threat to the right to choose we’ve ever faced. We need to speak out together now, before the Supreme Court guts abortion rights.
