For Dreamers, who were brought to this country as children, home is here.

After a federal judge blocked new DACA applications, a program that provides a crucial lifeline for Dreamers, I questioned the DHS Secretary about the current status.

His response? Congress needs to act by passing permanent protections for Dreamers.

I have long supported federal action to protect the Dreamer community in Nevada and across the country. It is absolutely shameful that these individuals and families are forced to live in fear.
