These final 20 days will be the toughest of the whole campaign. We'll win this, but only if we go after every single vote.

Robert -- Hate Senate Republicans' reckless use of the filibuster? Time to do something about it. Next Tuesday -- five days from today -- the Senate will vote on seven Obama appointees the Republicans have blocked, including Richard Cordray as head of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. If Republicans refuse to end their obstruction, Senator Harry Reid has promised to "go nuclear"  and move to eliminate the filibuster for administration appointees. Robert, If there’s any issue we should be able to come together on and reach a solution, it’s protecting our kids. Right now, 68,000 Arkansas students rely on federal student loans. Yet, because of congressional inaction,  interest rates doubled on July 1 from 3.4% to 6.8%.  That’s real money coming out of the pockets of kids who are going to college to make their lives better and invest in our state. This is a classic case that if we work together, we can work it out. Students shouldn’t be punished because of Congress’ inability to come together.
